Structured as a leaseback with Dustbane, the purchase enables long-term planning for a transit-oriented mixed-use community beside Ottawa’s Tremblay LRT station, Highway 417, and the city’s cycling network.
April 27, 2020 (RENX.CA) – Colonnade BridgePort and Fiera Real Estate have acquired a five-acre redevelopment site at 25 Pickering Place. The centrally located property, beside Ottawa’s VIA Rail station and Tremblay LRT stop, offers up to 2.3 million square feet of development capacity for a future mixed-use, transit-oriented community.
