Located at 25 Pickering Place beside Ottawa’s Tremblay LRT station and VIA Rail terminal, the project will transform a formerly contaminated site into a transit-oriented neighbourhood. The first phase will deliver two residential towers — Linq and Connex — bringing 498 rental units along with amenity space and ground-floor retail.
