Ground has been broken at Junction Central, a new mixed-use residential community being developed by Colonnade BridgePort in partnership with the Fiera Real Estate CORE Fund. Located at 25 Pickering Place beside Ottawa’s Tremblay LRT station and VIA Rail terminal, the project will transform a formerly contaminated site into a transit-oriented neighbourhood. The first phase will deliver two residential towers — Linq and Connex — bringing 498 rental units along with amenity space and ground-floor retail.
